In 2008, Congress passed the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act. It requires that private insurance companies provide the same level of coverage for addiction treatment as it would for surgical or medical care. However, the level of care and coverage do vary depending on the individual insurance policy.

Navigating different insurance plans can be difficult and time-consuming. Our experienced team works with our clients to handle insurance estimates, coverages, and billing.

Under the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid must cover the costs of certain addiction treatment-related services. For our clients who wish to offer treatment for individuals covered by Medicaid, we offer billing, eligibility confirmation, and facility enrollment.

Some drug and alcohol treatment centers offer direct financing or third-party lending options to their patients. We work directly with our clients to provide affordable options that allow those in recovery to comfortably pay back the cost of  treatment.

Some individuals who might not be able to afford the cost of treatment, but who are serious about their recovery, may qualify for a treatment scholarship. We help our clients obtain funding through grants and endowments for scholarship programs for their facilities.
